Here is the testimony of one of my close friends and online clients Will Taylor 90 days done and dusted! Big thanks to a good friend of mine James Fender for getting me on this journey, motivating me but also educating me along the way with this process. When I stopped playing professional rugby a couple of months ago, the first thing I knew I would still do is still train, I have always loved going to the gym since I was 18 years old. However why I contacted James and to get a f.plan done was I needed guidance of what my nutrition should be like and my training programme. I was your typical over trainer, I would go to the gym 2-3 times a day. A typical day would be weights – spin – yoga. Something along those lines. WILL STOP NOW. He screams to me on whatsapp audio. Biggest thing I learnt on this 90 days was listen to James, do exactly what he says, and you will get results. This wasn’t a magic formula that just happened over night. I was changing jobs, 6am gym starts then 12 hour days, 12 hour days then gym at 10pm. If you want results you got to work for them, I’m glad I did. Now for the next 90 days, and the biggest thing for me now is maintenance. And the only person I’m going to be asking on how to help me do that is James, not only a good motivator.
