GOOD MORNING F-ATHLETES!! a quick not from me do NOT obsess with your weight whilst dieting yes its an important guide but it can fluctuate dramatically and when clients actually start eating enough protein and calories to maintain and rebuild muscle often the “weight loss” not to confused with “fat loss” may start to slow down. Here you can see Gerardo Hernandez Pestana at two different body compositions but his weight is EXACTLY THE SAME!! just think if you lost 2kg of fat and gain 2kg of muscle how would you look? its important to see the big picture.
