I asked James about a meal plan to go harder training, build strenght and energy for challenge myself and compete in crossfit. I competed at kickboxing years ago and diet restictions for weight were hard and sometimes I felt without power. Now F.plan gives me a change of view about fuelling myself and I discover wich meals works with me. In my opinion I learned to eat and understand my body best, I weight 5 kilograms less and has more strenght and I’m faster, without hungry. I never had the feelling I was doing diet, only eating popperly and hearing my body.
