When first talking with James, he considered all my training and body composition goals and what foods I liked and disliked.
From completing the plan of 3 months, I have seen massive changes in my body and can see how this has benefitted my training. All this and not once did I feel hungry or food deprived! The support I received from James was and is amazing! If i had not following the diet or having a bit of an indulgent weekend, he would help cater to this and made me realise it’s not the end of the world…. Ive learnt so much over the last 3 months following fplan and will continue to structure my food habits as instructed. 100% one of the best decisions I’ve made!
